  • The MIM Academy mobile app for additional learning access and resources.
    All descriptions, modes of delivery, durations, and fee structure are subject to change and are displayed on our website onlinemim.com.

4. Registration & User Responsibility

  • All fee details are listed at the time of registration or checkout.

  • Payments must be completed via the approved methods.

  • Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes or bank/processing charges, if applicable.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are managed per our Refund Policy, separate from these Terms. That policy outlines eligibility, timelines, procedure, and exceptions.

7. Usage of Learning Materials

  • Materials (videos, PDFs, tests, etc.) provided by Online MIM are for personal, educational use only and must not be redistributed or resold.

  • Unauthorized sharing, copying, or commercial use of materials constitutes a breach and may result in termination of access.

8. App Access & Third-Party Tools

  • Our Mobile App (MIM Academy) may require you to download updates to remain functional.

  • We’re not responsible for issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., app store interruptions, compatibility, or device limitations).

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the site, including branding, logos, course materials, and design, is owned or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to ensure the accuracy of information on our site; however, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding outcomes from using our services.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Online MIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
