Punjab Lecturer Recruitment 2026 Exam Date Notice: Previous Date Sheet Withdrawn, New Schedule Soon

The Punjab Education Recruitment Directorate has issued this public notice regarding the recruitment of Lecturer Cadre posts in various subjects.

The advertisements for the recruitment of backlog and new vacancies were issued on 25 June 2026. Subsequently, through a public notice dated 21 August 2026, the number of vacancies in the new recruitment advertisements was increased. The last date for submitting online applications was also extended until 27 August 2026.

Earlier, a date sheet for the written examination for this recruitment was issued through a public notice dated 10 August 2026. However, since the online application deadline was later extended until 27 August 2026, the previously issued date sheet/public notice dated 10 August 2026 has now been withdrawn.

A new date sheet for these posts will be issued soon.

It is also clarified that the written examination will be conducted in September 2026.
