Mohan Institute of Mathematics (Online MIM) – Refund Policy

1. Scope of Policy

This Refund Policy applies solely to paid online courses and subscription services offered via the onlinemim.com platform. It does not cover offline classes, in-person workshops, printed materials, or third-party services.

2. Refund Period & Conditions

  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of Enrollment:
    If you request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of payment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (such as lessons, videos, quizzes, or downloadable materials).

  • Cancellation After 7 Days or After Accessing Over 10%:
    Refunds are not available if either of the following conditions is met:

    • More than 7 days have passed since payment, or

    • More than 10% of the course content has been accessed.

  • Exceptional Circumstances:
    Refunds may be considered beyond the standard timeframe only under exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other unavoidable situations, and must be accompanied by valid documentation (e.g., hospital or medical certificates). These are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Mohan Institute of Mathematics.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Within the Refund Period:
    Email mathsmim@gmail.com or call us at +91-9915411001 during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm) with the subject line:
    “Refund Request – [Course Name] – [Your Name]”.

  2. Include in Your Request:

    • Full Name

    • Course/Program Enrolled

    • Date of Enrollment & Payment

    • Payment Method & Transaction ID

    • Reason for the refund request

    • Any relevant documents (especially for exceptional-case requests)

  3. Processing Timeline:
    We aim to respond within 3 business days. If you qualify, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once completed.

4. Refund Details

  • Full Refund Includes:
    The paid course fee and applicable taxes (if any).

  • Charges That May Apply:

    • Payment Gateway / Bank Fees: Non-refundable processing fees charged by banks or payment processors.

    • Partially Consumed Content: Even if you request a refund within 7 days, accessing over 10% of course content renders the request ineligible.

5. Policy Updates

This policy is subject to change. The effective date will be reflected at the top of this page. Any revisions will apply prospectively, not retroactively.
