Although starting with a story is a pretty unconventional way of thanking somebody but I feel this is the only way to do it properly enough… In my small town people didn’t talk often about IIT, the reason-nobody had ever qualified for it and it was believed, by most, nobody ever would. It was in these circumstances that I started my preparations for IIT JEE… Dr. Mohan Singh and Dr. Virk were there at the start, they were always there during the 2 yrs. of intense preparation and they were there at the end too. They were always there to help me-not only teaching me the finer points of the wonderful subject of Maths and giving me a deep insight into it but teaching me tricks and shortcuts too when they were required. There were times when what they taught was quite the opposite of what was to be found in most of the popular books. But, eventually they were always proved right. After I qualified in JEE, I couldn’t even thank them- for words were not enough to describe the respect and gratitude I have for them in my heart. I owe all my success to them.
