The official KVS/NVS notification for TGT & PGT Mathematics is out, and this year brings a strong number of vacancies across both Kendriya Vidyalaya and Navodaya Vidyalaya systems. With 170+ vacancies for TGT Maths in KVS and 116+ in NVS, plus 33+ PGT Maths in KVS and 69+ in NVS, the opportunity is bigger than ever.

Tier-1 will be a qualifying OMR exam, carrying 100 questions for 300 marks, covering Reasoning, Numeric Ability, Computer Literacy, General Knowledge, English & a Modern Indian Language. With negative marking of one-third (i.e., one mark deduction for each wrong answer), accuracy matters as much as speed.

For final selection, Tier-2 and Interview will decide the merit with 85% + 15% weightage, making conceptual clarity essential for Mathematics aspirants.
